First, STOP SAYING DONT PEDAL BACKWARDS AND SHIFT!. We know it. Second, look for a stiff link in your chain, and then, if you have any magik-link, or whatever you call it, replace the stiff link by those. The last thing you should check, is if your derailleur comes in contact with the cassette. BUT really LOOK and touch the chain for stiff link. Mine did this to, and I found the stiff link... |

That looked like a really NICE track, but the problem is, you should get a better camera-men, It was freakin shaky and would have make the whole movie so much better! |

Actually, that was a girl... It was in Mt-saint-anne near Quebec city, and she left on the stretcher, she was totally knocked out, her front wheel caught on a huge rock in the middle of the track, and the bike swung under her.. A lot of riders were unhappy because there run was ruined... The starters were not informed about the accident... The whole just happen 100 feet from us. and 100 feet from the finish. |
